To enter the Russian Federation (RF) a delegate needs to apply for a Business Visa at the nearest Russian Consulate (RC) in his/her country.

To start the visa formalities it is necessary to send her the following data:
A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT (the main page with a photo) scanned in jpg format (preferably) or by fax 7 496 21 65891 as well as the following personal data of yours:
- SURNAME
- NAME(S)
- DATE OF BIRTH
- PLACE OF BIRTH
- SEX
- CITIZENSHIP
- RESIDENCE (country)
- NUMBER OF PASSPORT
- DATE, MONTH, YEAR OF ISSUE
- DATE, MONTH, YEAR OF EXPIRY
- EMPLOYER (full name of the Institution)
- POSITION
- HOME INSTITUTE ADDRESS
- PHONE AND FAX NUMBERS
- E-MAIL
- DESIRABLE DURATION OF STAY IN RUSSIA (from:to)
- ACCOMPANYING PERSONS UNDER 16 (full name and date of birth; for others - the application form should be filled up and sent too)
- CITIES IN RUSSIA ONE PLANS TO VISIT
- CITY YOUR VISA IS SUPPOSED TO BE OBTAINED AT THE NEAREST RUSSIAN CONSULATE (if not in your native country, then a copy of a resident permit should also be sent)
IMPORTANT NOTE
The Invitation Number received from the Consular Service of the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be sent by e-mail to а participant for its further presenting at the nearest Russian Consulate in his/her country.
Please be advised, that your passport must be valid during 6 months after the date of visa expiration.
